Were looking for a Transactional Services Team Leader to head up our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Exchequer teams.
Youll ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality transactional services, manage day-to-day processes, and help shape strategic improvements across financial operations.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team delivering AR, AP, and Exchequer services
- Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Driving service improvements and process efficiency
- Acting as the primary liaison for escalated issues and stakeholder communication
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure service standards are met
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. AAT, CCAB)
- Qualification in AAT, CCAB or degree level equivalent.
- Experience of working in a financial environment, with accounts payable for a minimum of five years.
- Experience of being involved in continuously improving services and developing products to meet customer need
- Proven leadership experience in a financial or transactional service environment
- Ability to travel
- BPSS
- There may be a requirement to work at other Publica Group (Support) Ltd and/or client locations to meet the needs of the business
