Location: - Samlesbury – On-site position

Salary: £54,793 + Dependant upon skills and experience

Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships across the site. Ensure alignment and effective communication with the Head of Business and other key stakeholders

Process Optimization Lead and deliver initiatives focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and process efficiency across the facility

Change Management Champion a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Support leaders in driving employee engagement through clear communication, coaching, and involvement in improvement activity.

Performance Tracking and Reporting Align local improvement activities with wider transformation plans. Provide clear, consistent updates and reports on progress, risks, and outcomes

Your skills and experiences:

• Proven experience of working within a Project Management/Operational Delivery Team

• Proven ability to efficiently and effectively compile & present data, prepare reports and presentations

• Stakeholder Engagement and influence across cross-functional and multisite teams

• Previous experience in a Composites rate manufacturing environment

• Experience with digital manufacturing toolsets

The US Production Transformation team is responsible for driving operational change and cost efficiency across three production facilities. Working closely with site leadership and cross functional teams, the role focuses on delivering affordability initiatives, improving manufacturing processes, and leading strategic transformation projects that align with the long term business goals. This hands on leadership role where you influence how we produce, not just what we produce, shaping the future of our operations through innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
