New Yesterday

Overview

You’ll join a friendly, forward-thinking team at an exciting time as we shape a bold new vision for transport in Dorset. You’ll help drive our ambitions to cut carbon emissions from transport to net zero by 2050 and support sustainable development across the county.

As a main point of contact, you’ll support the Transport Development Management team, collaborate with the Planning Team and other partners, and provide clear policy advice on major developments.

You’ll also help deliver transport studies, prepare plans and write bids to secure funding for sustainable transport schemes. This involves working closely with both internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and to budget.
