Reservations Consultant – Indian Ocean & Caribbean Specialist
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (with weekend rota)

The Reservations Consultant will be at the heart of the booking journey, supporting clients from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring every detail is seamless and every guest feels looked after. This is not just a reservations role – it’s about curating unforgettable experiences and making every interaction count.
What the role involves:
- Handling client enquiries via phone and email, offering expert advice on availability, rates, and booking policies.
- Guiding clients through the reservation process with tailored recommendations and insider knowledge.
- Accurately processing bookings and managing amendments or cancellations with professionalism.
- Spotting opportunities to upsell upgrades, packages, and special extras that elevate the guest experience.
- Managing guest requests – from room preferences to special occasions – ensuring expectations are exceeded.
- Sharing insights on properties, facilities, and local attractions to inspire clients and maximise their stay.
- Building strong relationships with sales teams, key accounts, and other departments to drive bookings and revenue.
- Following up on enquiries and nurturing repeat business with a customer-first approach.
