The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner / Solicitor to join a leading Travel Litigation team in Manchester. This well-established department handles a variety of travel litigation and personal injury claims, including high-profile group actions.

The role involves assisting lawyers with cases related to Package Travel claims, Road Traffic Accidents abroad, Employer’s Liability claims abroad, and incidents on cargo. This position offers the chance to work closely with a supportive Head of Travel and Personal Injury, alongside a collaborative and friendly team committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growing team.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling Travel Litigation / International Injury claims
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client care and service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients with diverse needs
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to scrutinize reports
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive attitude towards personal development and career progression
