We’re looking for a business-minded Product Specialist who will become the go-to expert on our new care intelligence software, Person Centred Software’s world-class analytics platform launching soon. Descriptive & Diagnostic analytics to understand what happened and why. Predictive analytics to anticipate risks before they become problems. Prescriptive analytics to guide intelligent decision-making. Generative AI to make data more accessible, insightful, and actionable.
What You’ll Do
Live and breathe ROI: focused on driving measurable outcomes and ensuring IQ delivers maximum commercial and quality impact. Act as an internal subject matter expert (SME), bringing deep knowledge of care services, quality standards, and sector drivers. Support Customer Success, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams by demonstrating how our software helps providers evidence quality, achieve improvement, and deliver strong business performance. Gather, analyse, and feedback insights from care providers to product and leadership teams, ensuring IQ evolves in line with sector needs. Champion the voice of the customer internally, highlighting opportunities to drive both quality improvement and business impact. Partner with Marketing and customer-facing teams to clearly communicate our products dual value: better care outcomes and stronger market positioning. Create and deliver engaging product guidance, training, and materials tailored to care providers and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring
A business-minded approach: comfortable linking quality improvement to commercial impact, ROI, and provider growth. A deep understanding of care services and the key drivers of success—improving outcomes, increasing occupancy, and supporting justifiable fee growth. Experience working within, or closely alongside, the care sector (e.g., care homes, domiciliary care, healthcare services). Secondary skills in evidencing and communicating quality improvement in ways that resonate with both operational and commercial stakeholders. Strong communication and influencing skills—able to translate provider needs into actionable insights for internal teams. Analytical skills to spot trends, identify opportunities, and provide meaningful feedback that shapes product direction. The confidence to act as a bridge between care providers, operational teams, and product development. A passion for improving care quality and outcomes, paired with an appreciation of the commercial benefits this delivers.
What We Offer
