Role focus: You will lead the Performance Media team, overseeing innovation and execution across PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social (Lower Funnel), and Display Retargeting. You will drive quality traffic and conversions with agility across priority EMEA markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, NL) to deliver on UGG’s brand ambitions. You will manage the UGG Performance ecosystem with strong analytical, real-time market responsiveness, and a strategic, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Performance Media team with a focus on innovation and execution across PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social (Lower Funnel), and Display Retargeting.
  • Translate business drivers and trade plans into channel strategies; mobilise media activity to drive quality traffic and revenue.
  • Own the Performance roadmap with KPIs to drive acquisition, conversion, and ROAS growth across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and media agencies to challenge, steer, and optimise paid media performance in short and long term planning windows.
  • Identify and unlock strategic tools to advance Performance Marketing for today and tomorrow.
  • Own cross-channel media optimisation, pacing spends in line with dynamic business needs with clear guardrails.
  • Champion a data-driven approach with detailed performance insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Strengthen 1st-Party Data integration to power prospecting LALs and retargeting across Social, Search, and Display.
  • Lead long-range planning (LRP), annual and quarterly forecasts of traffic, revenue, and ROAS using Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal BI systems.
  • Diagnose performance issues and translate findings into tactical execution with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Mentor and support Performance Media Manager and Executive to develop skills and strategic thinking.
  • Coordinate with Senior Brand Media Manager to ensure full-funnel integration and holistic planning under the Head of Media.
  • Foster alignment with Ecommerce & CRM and trade functions, including with Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager and Director, to align on traffic-driving priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and platforms to access first-to-market beta tests and value-added opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform evolutions; contribute ideas to test, learn, and scale media efforts with a learning agenda.
  • Spearhead AI, LLMs, and SERP landscape innovations to enhance media efforts with smarter integrations.

We Would Love To Hear From People With

  • Experience as Senior Manager in Performance Marketing across multiple channels, with direct reports management.
  • Proven success managing large-scale digital budgets with an ROI mindset.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence in forecasting traffic, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Experience using GA4, Tableau/Switchboard, and BI dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Experienced in leading agencies and internal teams to high performance and challenging constructively.
  • Commercially astute with financial acumen for LRP, budget planning, and performance tracking.
  • Experience navigating global and local HQ structures and collaborating across regional and Global central teams.
