Main Responsibilities

  • Experience in crafting design systems that help underpin innovative digital experiences for audiences around the world.
  • Working with teams to provide interface and experience design to help define the blueprint for functional and engaging web frontends.
  • Work closely with designers, brand leads, product owners, frontend developers and stakeholders to interpret (and often enhance) core feature requirements and output innovative concept.
  • Experience working on high-fidelity wireframes, UI prototypes, concept pitch decks or feature blueprints.
  • Experience in the ability to interpretate business and feature specifications and being able to articulate design concepts and rationalisation of decisions to the wider business.

Key Experience

  • Strong understanding of such tools as Figma, Slickplan, Adobe, Azure DevOps and Monday (or similar project management suites).
  • Previous experience with human centered design (HCM) methodology and user experience design that is device agonistic, with particular attention to crafting engaging mobile experiences.
  • In depth knowledge of stewarding design systems and libraries and championing their governance – ensuring practicality and scalability.
