Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder – UK B2B FinTech Sales Leader. The role is based in Birmingham, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales efforts, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and conducting market research to identify opportunities. The Co-Founder will also contribute to communication strategies and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.

  • Experience in the FinTech or B2B sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage hybrid work dynamics, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
