A leading tech-enabled business services group is seeking a talented Employment Tax Manager to join its dynamic UK team. Responsibilities

• Lead employment tax advisory and compliance projects
• Act as the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships
• Provide IR35 guidance and manage employment status assessments
• Oversee project delivery, finances, and scope management
• Support and coach junior team members
• Identify opportunities for growth and cross-service collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in UK employment tax
• Proven experience advising on IR35 and managing compliance risks
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with a track record of portfolio growth
• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff

Location

Ideally based in Edinburgh with hybrid working on offer; Glasgow and Aberdeen will also be considered.
