The Role

Martis Search is representing a City of London-based Investment Bank seeking to hire a permanent “UK Equity (Crest) Settlements/Operations Analyst.”

The ideal candidate will have strong UK Equity Settlements experience, with good working knowledge of Crest GUI. Exposure to UK Equity Middle Office/Trade Support tasks, including Fidessa OMS experience, is highly advantageous but not essential. Crest GUI experience is mandatory.

The company is hiring due to high trade volumes. Experience with reconciliations is also highly valued.

They prefer candidates able to start quickly, ideally within a 1-month notice period.

The company is a profitable trading organization with a friendly team, low staff turnover, and active social events. They offer a hybrid working model combining remote and in-office work.

Salary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual bonus, generous holiday entitlement, healthcare, and pension.
