UK & Ireland CLM Technology Sales VP – London. This is a permanent full-time position located in London with hybrid working.

Role Summary

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business within Delta Capita working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. The CLM Services provide end-to-end KYC/AML and client due diligence (CDD) capabilities to help organisations optimise the management of their client lifecycle. We combine extensive experience with domain expertise in delivering KYC/AML services across multiple organisations, underpinned by in-depth knowledge of AML regulations and supported by an ecosystem of proprietary technology accelerator solutions. Client Lifecycle Management and KYC/AML related programs of work are central to Delta Capita; we have proven experience in delivering operating efficiencies, throughput, and quality for the future. We have locations and live engagements across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia and we are growing. We have an innovative proprietary technology platform, Karbon, that supports an end-to-end CLM solution. One key objective for Delta Capita is to increase its technology sales, with CLM and Karbon playing a significant role. A pre-sales function exists, and this role will help identify and drive sales to showcase our managed service and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Role and responsibilities

  • Own the CLM Sales Process across all Products and Client Tiers
  • Establish client profile map
  • Plan and manage client outreach (Traditional & Digital)
  • Identify product demand and opportunities
  • Drive client journey through the sales funnel
  • Maintain CRM database from pipeline development to execution
  • Maintain live client profile map and sales funnel documentation

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the existing CRM framework, enhancing and developing where possible
  • Leverage existing engagements through detailed understanding of client strategy and organisational structure

Business Development

  • You will be a proven new business originator/hunter
  • Develop product ideas and campaigns with the specialist practice areas, focusing on regulatory and business change opportunities
  • Create collateral for Managed Service offering
  • Establish marketing and digital strategy

Essential Requirements

  • Corporate KYC experience, working in or with financial institutions and banking
  • Knowledge and experience of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, writing proposals and pricing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially driven experience and demonstrable results
