The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative, agile development team, working across the full software lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll be building and maintaining Umbraco-based web applications, delivering CRM and API integrations, and ensuring the performance and scalability of solutions.

You'll have direct involvement with clients, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are key. This role will suit a developer who thrives in an agency-style environment, enjoys technical variety, and wants to contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining applications with Umbraco CMS
  • Developing reusable, reliable, high-quality code in C#/.NET
  • Delivering integrations with CRMs and APIs
  • Working in an agile team with other developers and a project manager
  • Engaging with clients to understand needs and shape solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Umbraco Developer (mid-senior level)
  • Strong skills in Umbraco CMS, C#, .NET, Azure, and API integration
  • Experience in an agency or consultancy environment (highly desirable)
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Dynamics 365 or PowerApps
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
