Job Title: Undergraduate Naval Ships Software Engineer

Location: New Malden (London)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week.

Salary: £26,300

Responsibilities

  • Production of software architectures and designs based on each ship's requirements.
  • Implementation of requirements and design utilising a variety of programming languages and tools.
  • Design and development of software tests to prove qualities including functionality, robustness, and performance.
  • Testing and integration of software and target hardware.
  • Support of lifecycle and product maturity activities such as design reviews.

The Naval Ships Team

We design and build offshore patrol vessels, giant aircraft carrier and provide complex warships including the Type 26 Frigate to the Royal Navy, giving the customer capability to fulfil operations around the world.

Qualifications

As a minimum requirement you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Computing or Software Engineering.
