Job Summary and key responsibilities

Our Design Team is currently working on several new settlements and neighbourhoods and is looking to recruit experienced urban designers.

The ideal candidates will have –

• More than 3 years of UK based experience working on masterplanning projects in similar planning or design practice.
• A post graduate qualification in urban design from a UK based university is essential for this role and a background in architecture will be advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience of strategic site promotion through production of vision documents and outline planning applications in the UK
• Demonstrable experience of working with multi-disciplinary consultants on projects
• Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and CAD.
• Hand drawing skills will be advantageous
• Eligibility to work in the UK without a work visa
