Woking – hybrid working

£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you looking to remain hands‑on with Design whilst leading / managing a team?

This role offers a unique opportunity to join an expanding, innovative product team as a UX Manager. The organisation is a recognised leader in its industry and is now seeking an experienced UX designer to spearhead end‑to‑end design work on a meaningful, high-impact “Tech for Good” SaaS products.

This role will be a combination of leading a small design team whilst remaining hands‑on with design.

Things to Consider:

• Hybrid working, 3-4 days’ work from home.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment or working with personal data is desirable.
• A portfolio is required alongside applications.

Requirements:

• Proven team leadership & stakeholder management experience is essential
• Comfortable liaising with Senior leadership regarding design strategy and UX roadmaps
• Strong UX / UI design & Product Design experience within a SaaS environment
• Skilled in user research — planning, conducting, and turning insights into action (Prototyping and Mapping user journeys).
• Proficient in Figma, from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Ability to demonstrate solving design user‑focused problems and working full life cycle
