Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio
- Provide strategic tax planning advice and technical guidance on complex tax matters
- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality professional services
- Coordinate with other service lines to provide integrated business solutions
- Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns and specialized filings
- Research complex tax issues and provide technical interpretations of tax legislation
- Stay current with changing tax laws and regulations affecting client operations
- Develop innovative tax strategies and planning opportunities for clients
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members in technical and professional development
- Review work products to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards
- Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure all work meets firm quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential tax risks for clients
- Maintain professional independence and ethical standards
- Document work performed and maintain appropriate client files
Client Profile
The successful candidate will work with clients across various sectors including private companies, publicly traded corporations, high net worth individuals and family groups, international businesses with cross-border operations, partnerships and alternative business structures, and non-profit organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum five years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or advisory services
- Current knowledge of relevant tax legislation and compliance requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and research databases
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
