Divisional Director - Corporate Finance / Tax / Audit & Accounts. US/UK Tax Associate role focusing on cross-border tax with exposure to US and UK returns, advisory and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of US & UK tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Support seniors and managers on dual-jurisdiction tax compliance and advisory projects
- Conduct research on cross-border tax issues (e.g., residency, treaty benefits, FATCA/FBAR reporting)
- Liaise with clients and tax authorities (HMRC, IRS) to resolve queries
Qualifications
- EA and / or ATT qualification
- Experience in US/UK Tax
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive team focused attitude
