As a User Experience Designer Senior Consultant II, you will collaborate on cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes in the service of Allstate customers. Working in an agile environment, you will be embedded on a product team, working directly with product management and developer roles. Along with the support and resources of our broader UX department, you will have many tools and resources at your disposal to create amazing experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.Use human-centred design methods and tools to solve problems and create user-centric designs.Ensure designs balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Advocate for UX design principles and standards within project teams.Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to design research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.All candidates must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate.
