Overview

We’re all about creating opportunities for businesses to succeed—and for you to shine. Join us, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values your voice and contributions.

Why join us?

We believe in empowering people to grow professionally while maintaining balance in their lives. At Bright, you’ll work in a dynamic, inclusive environment that supports your personal and career aspirations.

What will you do?

  • Lead projects from day one—think AI-enhanced workflows, smart automation, and integrations across our product portfolio.
  • Own the full UX process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. You’ll be expected to dig into problems, uncover user needs, and design with evidence.
  • Translate complex business needs into user-centric designs: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished UI.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design decisions and ensure successful implementation.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system—component libraries, accessibility standards, and branding consistency.
  • Validate your designs through user testing, continuous feedback loops, and real-world usage insights.
  • Present your work confidently, advocate for users, and elevate team-wide design thinking.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design (including internships or freelance projects). A strong portfolio demonstrating web software/SaaS application work is essential.
  • Comfortable running discovery activities (user interviews, workshops, usability testing) as well as producing wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma, or similar wireframing tools.
  • Comfort with creating user flows, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • A natural collaborator—comfortable presenting ideas, taking feedback, and communicating design thinking.
  • Bonus points if you’ve touched accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG), HTML/CSS basics, AI design tools, or motion/animation.

What You\'ll Get

  • Immediate impact & ownership: No waiting—own projects from concept to delivery.
  • Build with AI: Work on large-scale, innovative AI features that revolutionise accounting workflows.
  • Flexible, supportive environment: Hybrid working. We value balance and creative freedom.
  • Cross-product collaboration: Design experiences that span our suite of applications.
  • Collaborative, human-first culture: Be part of a passionate team that values curiosity, empathy, and continuous learning.
