The Opportunity

Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Having demonstrated significant traction and impact, and with recognition from the BBC and The Times, we are now scaling across the UK. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.

Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every wireframe, line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.

The Way You’ll Work

We are looking for a candidate who will lead UX across our internal and external platform, design journeys, wireframes, and responsive interfaces, translate feedback and research into design improvements, apply accessibility-first principles, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
