This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping the roadmap, overseeing system changes, and ensuring seamless support and maintenance across a critical business capability and technology value stream.***What you’ll be doing*** With a total investment of approximately £85 million, this programme is central to achieving our business plan outcomes. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex programmes, ensuring alignment with SPEN-wide customer priorities and delivering impactful digital transformation across the organisation.The role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of agile delivery, change management, and complex programme execution. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets exceeding £10 million, developing resource plans, and ensuring effective delivery into business-as-usual operations.
