Salary: Up to £35,000 base + £12,000 OTE

Location: Basingstoke, RG24 8EH (hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm)

Join our team at Exertis UK as a Vendor Enablement Manager, where youll work in conjunction with the Portfolio and Marketing teams and be responsible for all aspects of vendor onboarding, internal launches, pricing, commercials, sales pitches and target customer planning.

As Part Of The Team, Youll

  • Identify and develop vendor opportunities, working closely with retail customers to scope, size and activate strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, collaborating with internal teams across portfolio, marketing, sales and commercial contracts to establish mutually beneficial trading terms.
  • Drive performance and accountability executing action plans to meet company targets while ensuring high levels of customer and vendor satisfaction.
  • Own key business metrics and reporting, delivering regular forecasts, performance reviews and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision making.
