Find a place to excel
We are a busy hospital, dealing with both first opinions and referrals. We were founded in 1958 and are now part of a larger group: IVC Evidensia. We are also in partnership with Vetsnow, who look after our Out Of Hours operation, on-site. We have approximately 85 team members across 7 sites. Our specialist services include diagnostic imaging with on-site CT, orthopaedics, cardiology, soft tissue medicine, and internal medicine. We have a fully equipped Dental Suite and endoscopic and laparoscopic equipment. We also have an on-site laboratory, spacious staff training room (with PCs available for use), and a well-equipped and comfortable staff break room for when you need to take 5!
We are located in the vibrant seaside town of Worthing on the South Coast. We are in between the beautiful seafront and the stunning South Downs. We have several train stations nearby, with links to Gatwick and London, less than an hour away.
Fix or flex - work life balance that works for you
We believe in creating the right work-life balance for everyone, so we can tailor to what you need. There is no requirement to work Sunday, bank holidays, or OOH.
We offer flexible working patterns that flex with you and your lifestyle. Whether you are looking to flex your rota hours to balance the school holidays, fix to navigate the school runs, or just looking to strike that balance between home and work life, we can offer flexibility that actually works for you.
Join our experienced and collaborative team.
We have 15 Vets and 21 Nurses including our students. We have a team of VCAs and a Support Team which amounts to approximately another 20 members of staff. We have 3 certificate holders with certificates in medicine, cardiology, surgery, diagnostic imaging, and ophthalmology. We also have a visiting diploma holder, specializing in cardiology.
We are hoping our candidate will want to take advantage of our team's varied and extensive experience and use this as an opportunity to develop further.
