About The Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and delivery—bringing innovation, customer insight, and commercial acumen to our global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy across our suite of recruitment marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs, and market trends.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product directors, nurturing a culture of innovation, impact, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, commercial, client success, and optimization to deliver compelling, high-value product experiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment marketing ecosystem and emerging technologies to ensure market leadership and client relevance.
- Use insights and data to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate effectively based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to communicate the product roadmap and reinforce the strategic direction of the platform.
Essential Criteria
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven success scaling software platforms and bringing new products to market, ideally within HRTech and AdTech sectors.
- Deep understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate engagement platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills—able to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Recruitment marketing technology experience
- Experience with UX/UI design tools and prototyping
- 25 days holiday, increasing by one additional day for each completed year.
