Your understanding of factual filmmaking and creating safe spaces for contributors discussing sensitive issues will advance Macmillan’s work with underserved and underrepresented communities.

Promoting your own and your team’s expertise, you’ll be involved in all Macmillan video projects, providing advice and guidance in a collaborative manner. You’ll understand what works across different social platforms, how to work sensitively with contributors, and adhere to GDPR and contractual legal obligations.
In an ever-changing digital landscape, you’ll ensure the team remains dynamic and adaptable in reaching audiences across multiple platforms. You will manage relationships with external agencies, helping them deliver compelling creative content, and act as a support bridge between them and Macmillan colleagues. Ensuring all content aligns with our sector-leading brand, you will make video a central part of our communication strategy.
