Field Visual Merchandiser – Premium Department Stores (Footwear & Accessories)

Paradox London is a leading British footwear and accessories brand, specialising in occasionwear, bridal, and wide-fit collections. With our retail presence growing rapidly, we’re seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser who will represent our brand across premium department stores nationwide.

This is a field-based role – you’ll be on the road most of the week visiting stores, ensuring our product is showcased to the highest standard, and supporting store staff with training and engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to stores nationwide weekly (company vehicle provided)
• Merchandise footwear and handbags to agreed brand standards
• Deliver engaging product training and selling support to store teams
• Monitor stock levels, highlight bestsellers and replenishment needs
• Support seasonal launches, promotions, and sale transitions
• Gather customer and market feedback, reporting back to head office
• Produce store visit reports with photos and action points

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail field sales, or area management within the fashion, footwear, or accessories sector is essential.
• Confident communicator able to train and motivate retail staff
• Strong eye for detail with a focus on maximising sales through presentation
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a weekly travel schedule
• Full UK driving licence – company vehicle provided
• Flexibility to travel extensively (Monday–Friday)
