Location: Stoke, Birmingham, Manchester or Nottingham + Location Independent Worker

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Location Independent Worker: As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are. For this role, we anticipate you’ll be in our Stoke office ~2 days per month.

Overview This role is focused on managing existing large global enterprise customers, delivering best in class account management, and identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio.

What You’ll Do

The National Account Manager role is focused on managing existing large global enterprise customers, delivering best in class account management, ensuring erosion of existing revenue is minimised and revenue is optimised where possible, identifying and maximising whitespace to grow your portfolio of accounts. Leveraging existing global relationships as well as brand new engagements to drive growth. Work effectively across UK and global stakeholders to realise account strategy/development plans. Close collaboration with Product, Solution Sales, Legal and Commercial teams to deliver bespoke and off the shelf solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively pursue new opportunities and build new customer relationships
  • Acquire a minimum number of key contacts as defined and agreed within your sales plan
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan to identify, qualify, propose, negotiate & close opportunities across the Vodafone portfolio
  • Identify & manage customer requirements needed to complete proposal &/or contract
  • Deliver a “best in class” customer experience in all interactions
  • Work on large, multi-national accounts
  • Build & manage Sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of 4x Sales target
  • Ensure all opportunities are recorded and progressed using Vodafone’s CRM system

  • Forecasting and reporting skills
