Overview

Hybrid working arrangement allows office and home work with expectations to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role and team.

What you’ll do

Role Purpose: You will manage and strategise two key Vodafone Broadband partners, Openreach and Curry’s. You will be the primary internal and external point of contact for these partners, driving commercial and operational performance, shaping investment and defining medium to long term strategy, underpinned by governance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the partner roadmap in line with marketing framework and product planning
  • Act as main point of contact for Home Broadband indirect channel partners, providing strategic support for proposition, marketing and systems to support growth
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to maximise mutual benefits and achieve business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with partner stakeholders and Vodafone to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Own partner-specific consumer commercial and operational performance; be accountable for medium to long term partner strategy and leverage growing HBB partners
  • Collaborate internally and with partners to drive investment opportunities, including sizing, feasibility, contract negotiations and execution
  • Onboard and grow indirect partners to maximise Home Broadband opportunities

Who you are

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong strategic and commercial skills with experience developing marketing strategies in complex, rapidly changing industries
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely by influencing stakeholders and managing senior relationships
  • Knowledge of the UK Broadband market, including trends, competitor analysis and industry dynamics for strategic opportunities
  • Understanding of supplier and contract management with diplomatic skills to resolve challenges
  • Proven negotiation skills with internal and external customers including dispute management
  • Ability to analyse and gain insight from large data sets
  • Experience working with Openreach would be an advantage
