Location: Location Independent Worker (LIW)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full-Time (hours per week – Mon to Fri)

What You'll Do: The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant engages with customer organizations to understand their goals and proposes solutions aligned with Vodafone’s portfolio. You will typically own opportunities worth up to £100M TCV, influencing how Britain works. You will support both private and public sector clients, understanding procurement frameworks, and proactively creating or responding to technology opportunities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions, ensuring they fulfill client requirements and are deployable and profitable. You will demonstrate professionalism and expertise to add value and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who You Are: Responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and standards. You will shape and document solutions, act as the primary owner during bids, and ensure client needs are captured and addressed. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Developing solution architectures and evaluating technology options
• Representing the Pre-Sales team professionally
• Ensuring compliance with processes and governance
• Providing technical expertise during bids and discussions
• Estimating costs and collaborating with vendors
• Contributing to bid documentation and customer presentations

Solution Design: Capture and validate customer requirements, translate needs into Vodafone’s language, produce design documentation, collaborate with product teams, communicate designs, incorporate monitoring and capacity planning, secure sign-offs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth project handovers.
