What You’ll Do

The Senior Network Monetisation Portfolio Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the product development roadmap across a diverse portfolio leveraging our £11bn network investment—5G Standalone Network Slicing, Satellite, Mobile Private Networks, Fixed Wireless Access and IoT—to support Vodafone Business UK’s growth ambitions. Working closely with commercial, sales and network/IT teams, the role launches innovative products and drives commercial success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and own the product strategy for the Network Monetisation portfolio, ensuring alignment with Vodafone Business UK’s goals and market trends.
  • Define and deliver the product roadmap across Network Slicing, Direct to Device Satellite, Mobile Private Network, Fixed Wireless Access and IoT, managing associated capex and opex.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from new feature development through to launch and operating models.
  • Lead a virtual team of commercial and operational functions, ensuring alignment with Sales and inter‑function collaboration.
  • Own the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue, margin and customer adoption.
  • Evangelise 5G Standalone and the portfolio, equipping commercial and sales teams with knowledge and tools to sell Vodaphone offerings, feeding insights back into the roadmap.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and customer feedback, using insights to evolve the portfolio and maintain a competitive edge.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience as a product manager and product team leader.
  • Excellent knowledge across 5G Standalone, Network Slicing, Direct to Device Satellite, Mobile Private Networks, Fixed Wireless Access and IoT.
  • Adept at understanding customer requirements and buying behaviours across segments.
  • Experience setting vision, product strategy and commercial strategy for a full product portfolio.
  • Ability to manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, driving investment, rationalisation and portfolio P&L ownership.
  • Skilled at operating a cross‑functional operating model and delivering a product North Star.
  • Experience influencing strategy at business board level and working with global and local leadership teams.
