Are you an experienced & creative Social Media Producer who loves the outdoors?

The Award-winning chart-topping podcast Get Birding is re-launching as a fortnightly “always‑on” 30‑40 minute vodcast in January 2026 to supersize our mission to connect as many people as possible with nature, with birds as the easiest entry point. The vodcast is brand‑sponsored and presented by high profile talent.

To build reach, we’ll be expanding our YouTube & social content strategy & presence, and establishing a members club.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We’re looking for a creative self‑starter Social Media Content Producer with:

• Proven experience in social media content ideation, filming & editing with platform‑specific formats, trends, and best practices
• Evidence of creating high performing content for social media channels &/or campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
• Understanding of social media algorithms, audience behaviour, and current content trends per channel
• Experience working with high profile talent & collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for optimal audience engagement, reach & performance metrics

The role will be full time for an initial 6‑month fixed term PAYE contract of £30‑34,000 per annum, and is hybrid with ideally one day in our Brighton office per week. Filming will mostly be on location.
