Overview

There is an opportunity to work in the office and at home, with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Friday). During the training period (2 weeks) you will be in the office full time. You will liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance. You will work 37 hours per week, Mon-Thu 9.00 - 5.30 and Fri 9.00 - 5.00.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring client, company and statutory requirements are met.
  • Monitor properties closely and review strategies to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Liaise with staff and stakeholders, raise and process all associated paperwork, and update systems accurately to reflect performance.
  • Comply with safeguarding policies and report concerns to protect customers and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills.
