Role overview
The Strategic Deal Execution Leader is a senior level executive role, driving business impact and securing the strategic goals and objectives for key clients of Capgemini Business Services with a core focus on CPG / FMCG.
You will be the face of Capgemini Business Services for C-level client stakeholders, and expected to represent and secure our client's brand with their customers, stakeholders, and investors (NPS, other customer experience programs).
The key success factors of the role include building strong client partnerships, supporting sustainable and transformative growth and proactive orchestration of the Business Services' and Group assets to maximize business impact for our clients and Capgemini Business Services.
Key responsibilities
The specific job responsibilities can vary depending on the client you are working with (company and industry specifics), but would typically include:
• Defining vision and business strategy, pursuing innovation strategy.
• Defining, owning, and driving business outcomes that have high demonstrable business value to our clients as defined per industry.
• Delivering additional commercial and profitable value to Capgemini Business Services.
• Shaping up and cocreating (where needed), proactive proposals with a client, leading to a sole source renewal and expansion.
• Should be a strong Influencer at C-Suite level and should be able articulate our value proposition, capability to become and sustain being a strategic partner.
• Accountable for engagement budget and delivering the expected outcome-based revenue and margin.
• Bringing inspiration and new industry developments to clients and leading by example across Business Services and the Group to bring the expertise forward on Business Services account(s) from transformation, delivery, and technology.
• Delivering over and above to our clients and converting the customer delight into recognition and growth, owning client's and Capgemini Business Services' reputation.
• Bringing the power of the Group to client account(s) and orchestrating other parts of the Group's portfolio beyond Business Services to deliver outcomes to the client.
• Leading and shaping the market story on Capgemini Business Services' value proposition.
• Leading partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, 3rd parties, and employees.
• Ensuring that operations are aligned with well-defined business outcomes.
• Driving the organizational transformation and being the guardian of contractual outcomes and the future agenda for the client and Capgemini Business Services partnership.
• Mitigating risks and serving as top-level escalation point.
• Being a good listener and be able to collaborate with various internal functions and business lines of Capgemini.
The successful candidate must have a strategic mindset supported by a strong track record in driving the results and achieving measurable outcomes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Keys skills and experience required
• Strong track record of transformation programs, driving results and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge and passion towards technology including AI/ML/Gen AI. Articulate use cases and value proposition of these tools.
• Consumer Products Industry experience -C level role experience in a consumer product industry or being a face off to CXO.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset and out of the box thinking.
• Consumer Products Industry experience -C level role experience in a consumer product industry or being a face off to CXO will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of integrated business process with deeper knowledge on finance and accounting, Supply chain strategy, planning and operations towers.
• Sound knowledge regarding technology such as AI/ML/Gen AI. Articulate use cases and value proposition of these tools.
• Strong BPO experience.
• Experience working at a global level.
• Excellent client facing experience.
