Location: Based in 5 Howick Place office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk research into pivotal marketing industry issues and write concise reports across a range of categories and topics.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis across internal and external sources to support deliverables such as WARCs advertising spend forecasts.
  • Collate qualitative and quantitative insights from partners in 100 countries, perform quality assurance, and clean/process data for pipelines and neural network modeling.
  • Produce market forecasts and associated commentary to assist clients in their day-to-day strategic planning.
  • collate, processing and verify advertising and media-related data from 100 countries.
  • Query databases to extract information for clients and the wider editorial team.
  • Write articles and summary reports based on insights within the database.
  • Communicate with the data & intelligence team to prioritise workloads and maintain high standard of quality across automated pipelines.
  • Proofread copy and conduct QA across WARC’s automated pipelines.
  • Forecast future trends in advertising investment and media consumption.

Qualifications

  • You are a recent graduate or young professional fascinated by research, media and advertising and its intersection with business and society.
  • You are comfortable working with large data sets and proficient at pulling insights and trends from data.
  • You have an eye for detail and are adept at visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, HTML, SQL, JSON and Python skills are crucial.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are inquisitive, engaging and a good team player. A background in economics is a distinctive advantage.
