Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,

Salary: £40,000+ to £42,000 per year + bonus scheme

Location: Hybrid - Weston-Super-Mare

Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends

About the Role

Are you looking to take your nursing (RGN, RNLD, RMN), occupational therapy, or physiotherapy career in a new direction? Or perhaps you're interested in transitioning into an Occupational/Vocational pathway?

• You will assess up to four to six customers per day.
• Assessments may be conducted on paper, via telephone, video, or face-to-face.
• You will take clinical observations, ask questions, and create written reports.
• Reports will be passed to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), who will decide on support for the customer.
• You will assess a benefit called Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.

Training & Development

Customers will present with multiple clinical issues; you will receive industry-leading training provided by experienced clinical tutors. The training will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical knowledge to this role.

Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role will help maintain your RGN registration, with support for revalidation.

After training, ongoing CPD is provided, with over 100 hours protected annually. You will also receive support with revalidation and have opportunities for career development within the organization. You will be allocated a clinical supervisor and can study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM.

Your Requirements

You should be a nurse, OT, or Physiotherapist with experience primarily in in-patient settings, managing a wide range of clinical conditions. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. IT skills are advantageous, including typing at 35 words per minute. The ideal candidate will be highly literate, detail-oriented, and possess adaptable communication skills.
