Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner (or working toward Chartered status) with a strong track record of working with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals to join Isio as a Wealth Consultant. This role focuses on delivering high-quality wealth planning and advisory services within Isio Wealth Planning, contributing to growth and client outcomes.

What’s the role?

The ideal candidate is an experienced Chartered Financial Planner (or working toward Chartered status) with a proven ability to work with HNW clients. You will combine excellent financial planning, wealth consulting and technical skills with a commercial outlook and entrepreneurial mindset. You will have started to build a professional network and be establishing relationships with introducers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deepen client relationships and gain exposure to clients.
  • Provide exceptional advice and service to clients through both initial engagements and ongoing reviews.
  • Support continued business growth by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.
  • Build the firm’s profile and engagement internally and externally.
  • Engage your external network to support growing a book of clients.
  • Ensure Isio Wealth Planning is a credible, integrated part of the wider Isio proposition, adding value to internal and external introducers and their clients.
  • Contribute materially to the growth aspirations of the business.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant and meets high professional standards.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Status (or working towards it), with at least 3 years’ experience as a Wealth Adviser.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a client base, ideally through engagement with internal and external networks.
  • Experience delivering a wide range of holistic client advice.
  • Willingness to work independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.
  • Strong reputation for excellence in client advice and service.
  • Ability to establish credibility, confidence, gravitas, and trust in one-to-one and group settings.

Where is the role?

You can be based in any nationwide office with a hybrid workstyle requiring a couple of days from home per week.
