Position: Wholesale Merchandiser (Junior Account Manager) – London

Location: London – Hybrid

Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + Benefits

Role summary

We are working with an amazing UK office of a global high street supplier who cover Men’s, Women’s and kidswear. They are looking for a Wholesale Merchandiser / Junior Account Manager to work closely with 4 key overseas retailers and manage their delivery / critical path and factory liaison. The role will liaise with and assist customers and factories from order enquiry through to production and shipping, including the creation of sales and purchase orders, assisting product approvals and ensuring the accuracy of costings across sales and purchase orders, as well as managing customer invoices and liaising with finance to ensure payments are processed smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with and assist customers and factories from order enquiry through to production and shipping.
• Create sales and purchase orders; assist with product approvals and costings accuracy across orders.
• Manage customer invoices and liaise with finance to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and critical path to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate factory liaison and shipping processes as part of order execution.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have recent experience working for a UK high street clothing supplier either as a Wholesale Merchandiser or Junior Account Manager.
• Experience with factory liaison, critical path management, shipping, issuing purchase orders and costing.
• First class English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Team player, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
