Whoosh Account Manager

Whoosh is our online rapid delivery service enabling customers to order and receive their groceries in as little as 20 minutes. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Fulfilment Manager who will be the primary contact for overall fulfilment operations with our existing and future third-party delivery couriers. You will drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement by collaborating closely with courier partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for managing day-to-day operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, monitor logistics KPIs, and lead projects to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Fulfilment Lead and Transport Manager to define and execute order volume strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Identify operational efficiencies at doorstep and store collection points.
- Provide insights and performance reports to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Develop solutions to operational challenges, working cross-functionally with Tech/Product teams.
- Manage project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management within logistics, rapid delivery, courier operations, or 3PL providers.
- Proven project management skills in business change initiatives.
