Whoosh Account Manager

Whoosh is our online rapid delivery service enabling customers to order and receive their groceries in as little as 20 minutes. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Fulfilment Manager who will be the primary contact for overall fulfilment operations with our existing and future third-party delivery couriers. You will drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement by collaborating closely with courier partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Primary point of contact for managing day-to-day operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, monitor logistics KPIs, and lead projects to improve performance.
  4. Coordinate with Fulfilment Lead and Transport Manager to define and execute order volume strategies.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners to assess performance and implement improvements.
  6. Identify operational efficiencies at doorstep and store collection points.
  7. Provide insights and performance reports to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  8. Develop solutions to operational challenges, working cross-functionally with Tech/Product teams.
  9. Manage project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
