What We're Looking For

We're looking for a candidate who has excellent customer service skills and good technical knowledge of WiFi and wireless systems. Ideally, you'll have experience with Cisco and/or CWNP, although other technologies would also be relevant.

You'll need to have a full, UK Drivers Licence. Our office is based in Chippenham, and whilst we are open to a remote position, this role will be required to be in our office for particular meetings and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Wireless networks technical architectures, post/pre-sales.
• Wireless networks implementations, post/pre-sales.
• Wireless networks integrations with existing or new systems.
• Wireless networks configurations for existing or new systems.
• Assisting the organisation with RFPs and working closely with sales team.
• Working and managing relationships with 3rd party partners and suppliers.
• Android, iOS, and MS Windows product development.
• 3rd line Wireless support to Peak Technologies Customer Services.
• Travelling to customer sites for installing and repairing solutions, where required.
• IT and Wireless security consultancy.
