If you want to take your career to the next level, and apply your skills to challenging and business-focused customer transformation programmes, then this could be for you. PwC doesn't simply configure Workday, but treats Workday as a fundamental element of our business transformation services. Our team members create and apply Workday and broader solutions that re-imagine the possible, bringing business value and improved user and customer experience.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Manage Adaptive workstreams: model design (accounts, drivers, dimensions), sheets/dashboards, security, scenarios/versions, workflow and reporting.
  • Run design workshops, analyse data and configure integrations with Workday Financials/HR and relevant external sources.
  • Plan and execute testing, training, cutover and hypercare; manage risks and issues; ensure control and audit requirements are met.
  • Collaborate across Financials (R2R, P2P, O2C), Prism/Accounting Centre and Integrations to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
  • Coach junior colleagues; contribute to propositions and business development.

This Role Is For You If

  • You have client-facing Adaptive Planning experience (design/build) and strong finance/FP&A knowledge, with the ability to drive a team to deliver.
  • Bonus: Workday certifications (Adaptive and Financials).
  • You can quickly build relationships and adapt your communication style; experience with on/offshore collaboration is advantageous.
  • You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • You can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
  • You can utilise strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exercising judgment and structured decision-making; seek assistance if needed.
  • You can demonstrate extensive technical capabilities and professional expertise.
  • Quickly assess client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.

What You’ll Receive From Us

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
