I'm looking for a Workday HCM Consultant with a sharp eye for structure and security. If you're passionate about building clean, scalable job architectures and ensuring smart, compliant access to HR data, this role offers the chance to shape a Workday Core HCM rollout from the inside.



This is a hands-on position that will see you deeply involved in the end-to-end configuration and deployment of Workday HCM. Your expertise in Job Profiles and Workday Security will help ensure the platform is not only functional, but future-proof.



Duties:

* Design and maintain job-related structures in Workday, including profiles, families, levels, and descriptions
* Configure role-based and user-based security in line with access protocols and compliance needs
* Work cross-functionally to implement scalable job catalog and security solutions across global HR systems
* Collaborate on data migration and validation to ensure accurate job and access data in the live system
* Contribute to user support through training materials, process guides, and troubleshooting
* Monitor system updates and community forums to identify ways to improve or enhance current configurations



What You'll Bring:

* Strong experience in Workday Core HCM, ideally with involvement in at least one full implementation
* In-depth knowledge of Workday Job Architecture and Security Configuration
* Understanding of key Workday security components, including Domain Security, Business Process Security, and Security Groups
* Familiarity with EIBs, reporting tools, and Workday's Business Process framework is a bonus
* Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
* Analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment



Desirable:

* Certification in Workday HCM or Security (Workday Pro or from a Workday Partner)
* Experience working in large, complex HRIS environments with diverse job structures
* Awareness of global compliance regulations affecting HR data security
