PwC are celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday P2P/O2C Consultant to join our established and growing Workday Consulting Team.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Manage a P2P/O2C workstream within a programme (or both on mid-sized engagements), covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Run workshops, analyse data, and configure Workday (e.g., Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax).
• Collaborate with Integrations, Data and Reporting teams on supplier/customer, invoice and payment flows, settlements, bank connectivity and revenue processes.
• Produce high-quality design documents, test scenarios and cutover plans; manage defects and risks; ensure controls and compliance needs are met.
• Coach junior team members; contribute to proposition and business development activities.

This Role Is For You If

• You have a background in Finance Transformation Consulting and/or a Finance Functional skillset with experience in Workday P2P/O2C (ideally certified).
• You are experienced in "Workday FINS Core - Procure to Pay or Order to Cash".
• You have client facing Workday experience.
• You have strong digital and data skills.
• You can listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.
• You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
• You can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
