Our team members create and apply Workday and broader solutions that re-imagine the possible, bringing business value and improved user and customer experience.What Your Days Will Look LikeManage a P2P/O2C workstream within a programme (or both on mid-sized engagements), covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare.Run workshops, analyse data, and configure Workday (e.g., Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax).Configure Workday and produce high‑quality artefacts (design docs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, cutover/hypercare plans); manage defects and risks.Collaborate with Integrations, Data and Reporting teams on supplier/customer, invoice and payment flows, settlements, bank connectivity and revenue processes.Coach Analysts/Associates; contribute to reusable assets and knowledge sharing.This Role Is For You IfYou have client‑facing Workday Financials experience in P2P/O2C and can take ownership of a workstream.You are hands‑on with configuration, testing and cutover, and can communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.You have strong digital and data skills with the ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.You can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.Bonus: relevant Workday certifications (Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, Customers/Receivables, Taxes) and exposure to e‑invoicing or revenue operations.What You’ll Receive From UsNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
