Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join our existing Human Resources team, for a Workforce Planning and Information Lead at NHS Golden Jubilee. You will provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various different stakeholders.
• Operational responsibility for the provision of workforce data and e-rostering systems, ensuring that all services are providing customer focused data solutions.

Qualifications and experience

• Postgraduate qualified with significant practical workforce planning experience.
• Knowledge in utilising a range of systems to provide data insight.
• Proficient in workforce and data analytics to provide comprehensive reports.
• Experience within a large public sector organisation, preferably NHS, is essential.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Excellent communication, influencing and people management skills together with a solution focused approach.
