The Business Execution role primarily focuses on resource planning and expense management in partnership with Finance, HR, and Senior Management, acting as a trusted and strategic partner to senior leadership. Daily responsibilities include:
- Act as execution partners to the business unit leader, responsible for driving operational efficiency, functional governance oversight, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and supporting the leadership team in achieving business objectives.
- Facilitate the adoption of workforce planning initiatives across functions/business units and develop strategies and plans to meet objectives and timelines.
- Manage Finance, Headcount, and Resource tracking/planning in line with approved budgets.
- Plan resource skills and monitor Organizational Health.
- Serve as liaison between senior management and global function partners (HR, Finance, Legal, ICRM, etc.).
- Drive the implementation of key strategies, promote a positive organizational culture, and develop engagement and communication strategies across stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate across multiple areas within the business unit, planning for business continuity, establishing action plans, and assigning owners to drive business priorities.
