Description:

We are seeking a talented Workplace Savings New Business Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Manchester, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and contributing to MMB's growth. Candidates should have industry experience and a basic understanding of Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, Group Risk, and Employee Benefits markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with internal and external introducers.
• Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network.
• Maintain sales pipeline records.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage prospect relationships.
• Contract with customers following standard processes.
• Identify opportunities for other MMB and MMC group specialists.
• Ensure all business meets quality standards.
• Invest in personal development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Qualified to at least QCF2, working toward QCF4.
• Track record of new business generation.
