You will step into a key position, driving technical pension solutions while leading a team of talented Business Analysts. This is your chance to work at the cutting edge of FinTech, surrounded by passionate teams like Software Engineering, QA, Product, and Scrum Teams. Your role will be vital in translating business needs into technical realities and ensuring smooth, efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BA teams with a focus on the Wealth Management space
• Drive projects in pensions and create individual user stories that push boundaries
• Work cross-functionally with Software Engineering, QA, Product, and Scrum Teams
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to gather business requirements and ensure success
• Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation

What You Bring:

Experience as a Lead Business Analyst in wealth management and pensions

Strong command of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence

Solid understanding of the SDLC (PHP/React/React Native/Node.js)

Analytical genius with strong research skills

Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite ️

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Fintech/Financial Services experience is a plus, but not essential!
• Experience with APIs and data is a major advantage!
