On behalf of Tesco IMS, AMS are now looking for x4 AWS Engineers based in Edinburgh (Hybrid) for an initial contract length of 6 Months.

Key responsibilities

Purpose of the role:
We're looking for 4 experienced AWS Engineers to deliver critical cloud engineering initiatives within a large‑scale migration programme. You will work across both AWS and Azure environments, building enterprise‑level systems in a highly collaborative, Agile setting.

What you'll do:

• Build and optimise cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS (Azure knowledge a strong plus).
• Work with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub to support automated deployments.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud environments (EC2, networking, storage, IAM/security groups).
• Support migration activities and the development of DevOps tooling.
• Collaborate across the team to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

The skills you'll need:

• Strong hands‑on AWS expertise (Azure desirable).
• Proven skills with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with CloudFormation.
• Python skills desirable.
• Background in Agile delivery, ideally within the finance sector.
