Areti Group is exclusively partnered with a rapidly scaling FinTech start-up based in London that's expanding its Business Analysis function. As they continue to disrupt the financial services space, they’re looking for 8 experienced Business Analysts to join their mission-driven, remote-first team.

Ideal Skillset & Experience:

FinTech or Financial Services background (preferred)

Experience in Pensions, ISAs, and Investments (highly desirable)

Strong stakeholder management and ability to build sustainable business relationships

Experience with process reengineering, data modelling, and logical modelling

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks

Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria

Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Hands-on with API integrations and data migrations

Strong facilitation of workshops, sprints, and team ceremonies

Effective risk and dependency assessment within projects

Technical skills in SQL and/or Python (nice to have)
